This is an update of a review based on my recent experience with appliances fixes and care, and how they handled my situation after a complaint. As a project manager, I work quite a lot with customers, and sometimes things don't go exactly the way they were intended when you first try to fix something. It happens, you might diagnose one thing that you are sure would correct the problem, but then a few months later, the same thing can happen again. What's important to me is how people handle things once a concern is reported, rather than the initial issue. After I told this company about my dissatisfaction, they moved quickly on addressing it. They had a technician, Andrew,  come out, rediagnosed the issue, and found out that a system board needed to be replaced. They did not charge me extra, nor push back on taking care of the problem, and scheduled appointments promptly and kept me informed via text message on next steps. Consequently, the problem was resolved, and I'm grateful that My microwave is now working. I would definitely recommend this company, because unlike other corporate entities, they have proven that they truly do care about doing a good job, which to me is way more important than if the first try was successful.
